Bus Lines

A bus trip is an alternative to the flight for traveling to Riga, however it is not always cheaper and is certainly less comfortable. However, for those who find it inspiring to complete their paper “on the road”, or those who just love slow-mobility, overland-busses are recommended. The final stop is five minutes walk to the oldtown, the area where most of the recommended hotels and hostels are located.

Ecolines”and “Eurolines” offer trips from several dozens of European cities. Both are reliable and rather comfortable.
